GETTING MY CANADA CHOCOLATE FACTORY TO WORK

A review because of the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Security analyzed eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five through the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It found that all eight samples ended up deemed "defective". Five of the items sampled contained fats besides cocoa butter, which is not permitted in merchandise labelled "chocolate"
